Health Examination Program

Customized Health Examination

This program offers a customized program whereby the patient can add individual tests based on the results of basic tests and counseling.

Low dose chest CT
Details :

- Small nodules are identified in the lung peripheral with low dose CT that minimizes exposure for the patient.

Recommended for :

- Over 50 years old; patients who smoke or have a family history of lung cancer; patients who experience weight loss or blood in sputum.

Echocardiography/
treadmill test
Details :

- Echocardiography: This test evaluates the structure and function of the heart using ultrasonic waves, and is used to diagnose myocardial infarction, heart valve disorders and cardiomyopathy.

- Treadmill test : This test is used to measure the physiological reaction of the heart and vascular reaction during exercise, and evaluate the fitness of the patient for exercise and to diagnose ischemic heart disease that does not appear during rest.

Recommended for :

- Over 45 years old who smoke; patients with risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia; patients who experience chest pain during exercise.

Cardiac MSCT (320 channels)
Details :

- This test is used to diagnose atherosclerosis and calcification of the coronary artery, and provides a 3D image in a very short time with minimum radiation exposure.

Recommended for :

- Patients who have high-risk factors for coronary artery disease, family history and chest pain during exercise.

Brain CT/MRI/MRA
Details :

- Brain MRI : This test is used to diagnose a broad range of disorders that involve the brain including cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and brain tumor lesions.

- Brain MRA : This test is used to diagnose cerebrovascular disorders such as cerebral aneurysm and atherosclerosis (cerebral infarction).

Recommended for :

- Patients who experienced symptoms that suspect brain injury such as amnesia, vertigo, diplopia and visual field changes;

Thyroid ultrasonography
Details :

- This test identifies thyroid tissue abnormalities using ultrasonography, and is useful in diagnosing such as nodules and cysts.

Recommended for :

- Patients with a family history of thyroid cancer, palpable nodule or physical symptoms that indicate a thyroid disease (weight loss, weight gain, palpitation, etc.).

Brest ultrasonography
(female)
Details :

- This test is used to check abnormalities in the breast tissue using ultrasonography, and is useful in diagnosing nodules that are smaller than 1cm in diameter that are not detectable in mammography.

Recommended for :

- Patients with a family history of breast cancer, palpable nodule, dense breasts, etc.

Prostate ultrasonography
(male)
Details :

- This test is useful in diagnosing benign prostate hyperplasia and measuring the size and volume of the prostate. Ultrasonic waves-guided prostate biopsy is appropriate for patients with high prostate-specific antigen(PSA) levels and palpable lesions found in digital rectal exams.

Recommended for :

- Patients with enlarged prostate, palpable prostate nodules, high PSA, and patients who exhibit symptoms such as urinary retention, oliguria and nocturia.

Colonoscopy under sedation / Abdominal MSCT
(320 channel)
Details :

- Colonoscopy under sedation: This test is used to observe various polyps, inflammation and tumors of the colon, and also to identify abnormalities through biopsies.

- Abdominal MSCT: This test utilizes a 320-channel 3D computed tomography (CT), and is the latest imaging instrument used to observe the mucosa of the colon after injecting air to diagnose polyps, colitis and colorectal cancer.

Recommended for :

- Patients with a family history of colorectal cancer, past history of colon polyp, hematochezia, melena and changes in bowel habits.

Abdominal CT
Details :

- This test is used for the early diagnosis of abdominal diseases using CT with contrast.

Recommended for :

- Patients with unidentified abdominal pain and discomfort or a family history of liver and kidney cancer.

Knee, Spine examination and CT/MRI
Details :

- Knee pain examination: Bilateral knee X-ray / Isokinetic dynamometer and counseling

- Backache examination: Lumbar X-ray / Isokinetic dynamometer and counseling

- Lumbar, cervical, knee CT/MRI: CT or MRI can be required for detailed and intervertebral disc hernia

Recommended for :

- Patient suffering from knee/spine pain or discomfort.

Sports checkup and exercise prescription
Details :

- Physical fitness test: This test evaluates the patient’s physical strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, quickness and agility to provide a customized exercise prescription.

- Treadmill test: This test evaluates the patient’s cardiovascular exercise capabilities.

Recommended for :

- Patients who do not exercise regularly or have disorders such as cardiovascular disorders, hypertension, diabetes and osteoporosis.

Whole-body PET CT
Details :

- This test includes a PET (Positron Emission Tomography) scan that identifies physical abnormalities and a CT scan that checks for structural abnormalities. It offers a detailed view inside the patient’s body with a single scan to detect tumors. The test is used for early diagnosis of various types of cancer and metastasis, diagnosis of coronary artery disease, evaluation of myocardial viability and diagnosis and evaluation of dementia, mental disorders and cerebrovascular disorders (appointments can be made after payment).

Recommended for :

- This test is used to detect recurrence or metastasis in cancer survivors, or for patients who have a family history of cancer or require cancer diagnosis.

HPV test
Details :

- This test is a molecular biology test used to diagnose human papillomavirus (HPV) which is known to be a high-risk factor for cervical cancer, and is used to detect and treat high-risk patients.

Recommended for :

- Patients with a family history of cervical cancer, patients with abnormal results in PAP smear.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) stress test
Details :

- Acute stress stimulates the sympathetic nerve, and therefore the level of stress can be measured by measuring and analyzing the autonomous nervous system using heart rate variability.

Recommended for :

- Patients who have stress, physical symptoms caused by stress, depression and anxiety, insomnia, attention deficit disorder and chronic fatigue.

Atherosclerosis and stenosis tests (pulse wave velocity, PWV)
Details :

- This test is useful for the early diagnosis of artery-related diseases by measuring atherosclerosis and stenosis in a non-invasive way.

Recommended for :

- Patients with risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, smoking, stress, lack of exercise, old age, and lifestyle disease).

Carotid ultrasonography
Details :

- This test evaluates the blood flow and vascular condition of the carotid artery using ultrasonography.

Recommended for :

- Patients with cerebrovascular or cardiovascular disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia or diabetes, and patients with family history.

Genetic test
Details :

- This test evaluates whether the patient has genetic potential for cancer, general disorders, special reaction to food or drugs, certain physical characteristics and rare diseases.

Recommended for :

Patients exposed to genetic factors and environmental factors, patients with a family history of rare diseases or cancer.

- Cancer (male, 5 types), cancer (female, 5 types), general diseases (5 types), cerebrovascular and cardiovascular disorders (5 types), gynecological diseases (5 types), cranial nerve disease (5 types) cancer (male, 11 types), cancer (female, 11 types)

- General diseases (common in both male and female, 16 types), Platinum Light (28 types each for male and female), Noble (100 types each for male and female)

Conscious sedation upper gastrointestinal endoscopy
Details :

- This test is carried out under sedation using midazolam so that patients can go through the process comfortably without experiencing any pain or discomfort associated with ordinary endoscopy tests.

Recommended for :

- Patients who have difficulties receiving ordinary endoscopy.
