In the cerebrovascular field, we deal with cerebral arteriovenous malformations and moyamoya disease, including cerebral aneurysms that occur in cerebral blood vessels. In particular, cerebral aneurysm disease is a disease with a high mortality rate due to rupture. With the recent development of medical technology, it has become possible to treat it without craniotomy through endovascular surgery, which is coil embolization, and we are treating many patients at this hospital.

According to data from the HIRA, the number of patients with cerebral aneurysms is increasing very rapidly, and many university hospital neurosurgery departments are investing in cerebrovascular diseases.
